It was great, really reminded me a lot of the old 1980's Transformers movie and the Transformers: Cybertron cartoon

That's good. I went and watched the first Michael Bay film and was honestly bored to tears, haha.

I'm glad they seem to have righted the ship somewhat. That new cartoon movie might be good.

 

[Jake]

I enjoyed the first Transformers by Michael Bay; but, I was also in high school when it came out and hadn't been exposed to much of the older series or movies.

 

[Nick]

Yeah, I had always remembered liking the film some when I first watched it, it was really why I wanted to revisit the series.

 

[Nick]

I always had the belief of, the other movies were bad, but this one was alright. And, for all intents and purposes, it was alright.

 

[Nick]

It had a beginning, middle, and end, and was a coherent story, but, man, did I lose interest in the home stretch.

 

[Nick]

Congrats on your 100th post, Tramuson. I appreciate how you've stuck with us even when we haven't been the best at "spreading the word" lately.

Thinking I might watch the Avatar movies tonight. Have to watch the first again because I haven't seen it since it came out.

 

[Nick]

In the mean time, I am about to turn the page on Persona 5 (finally), I have poured 90 hours into the game and just about want to rip my hair out.

 

[Jake]

I never got into the Persona games, are they worth trying?

 

[Nick]

Currently, I am one-hundred hours into Persona 5 and I vaguely want to blow my brains out from it.

 

[Nick]

It's very good, but it's about 40 hours too long and, in spite loving it (and I do mean, really, loving it), I find myself at a point where I hate every single thing about it.

 

[Nick]

Some aspects of Persona 5 are so drastically better than Persona 3 and 4 that when I first started it, I thought it was a foregone conclusion I would like it better than them. It has so much style and flare, and so many small improvements that add up to a whole lot, but, honestly, it terms of experience, I had more enjoyment playing Persona 3 (took me 75 hours) and, especially 4 (took me 60 hours).
