A new section has been created for Podcasts. I hope to do two (maybe three) Podcasts of my own, and I encourage others to do so as well.

One will be a solo Podcast, the other will be with my wife and the other, my best friend. I am hoping others will eventually share theirs as well.

Sounds like some good updates, curious to see how the podcasts pan out.

Makes me want to start a podcast talking movies or something

I have always had trouble sticking with it, but I want to make a real effort with it. I hope to record again in a couple weeks.

Well, the only issue is I'm not sure how I'd go about it and what I'd talk about. I kind of imagine it to be a loose review/discussion of films I watched maybe

I am also not sure on formats, haha.

For one, I read off a script entirely. The one with Beck I try to improv it all, and we pick something we've watched or played together.

I'd probably do better with an improv version, trying to stick to a script would end up with me having to record it 50 gazillion times. I also was struggling to come up with a name that didn't sound as dumb as 'I Watch Too Many Movies & Shows' type thing.

I went with Nightmare Shift and The Hodgepodge Lodge, haha

For the scripted one, I record in one 40 minute session, then, edit out any time I messed up or flubbed a line.

Guess a name will depend on what you like / or something somewhat clever. Gotta chew on it a bit, then, get sad every time it is taken.

Exactly, I had an awesome name for discussing RTS games and such. Don't think that would be as fun as discussing movies though.

I always sucked at RTS games. My brother Mike is real big on them though.
