Hi community. Is Dust Jacket part of something else? Or is this forum the main thing? I'm glad if it is, web forums are pretty cool. I saw an ad for this on facebook I think, it struck me as a great idea to build a little community. I'm a fan of little communities like this that are separate from the big platforms of reddit/facebook/twitter. Anyway I like video games and will poke around in that area, hope this community grows into something friendly & useful

believe I am advertising on Facebook, haha. (I have, unfortunately, left paid ads on without noticing before though and been charged a good bill though)
Dustjacket
is part of something else in a manner of speaking. I wouldn't say that something is the main thing over it, or vice versa, however.
Mishmashers Publishing (Mishmashers.com) is a literature company I own with
@Scott. We publish novels, then sell them on Amazon / at various Comic Conventions throughout the Midwest. Through Dustjacket, we hope to network with different writers and create stories (for example, we have a new anthology series called Readers Digested that features various different horror stories written by members of the site / individuals we correspond with elsewhere).
A lot of Dustjacket is separate from that though. The forum's purpose is a celebration of storytelling, so to speak. Be it videogames, books, movies, manga, or whatever else.
