Best Female Directors?

What are some of the best female directors? What are their movies and why do you like them?

I don't know that I have a favorite female director yet. Part of this is because I can sometimes seclude myself to the horror genre and little else besides that (I feel like I have found a happy-medium in recent years). Shudder has been very helpful in spotlighting female directors, however. The film Lucky by Natasha Kermani was inspired and I'd recommend it. Prano Bailey-Bond did a wonderful job on the film Censor as well. Jennifer Kent did Babadook (and The Nightgale, which I haven't seen yet). Patty Jenkins did the really good Monster and, of course, Wonder Woman.

I can think of dozens of good single films done by a female film director, but I have more trouble thinking of a female director with 5-6 good / great films I enjoy. Hopefully that changes (either because I'm ignorant of them or because the industry becomes more welcoming of their work).

She is a name I thought of, but not a female director with a film I've enjoyed. As an actress, she's solid, even if she lied to J.D..

I'll be clear - I haven't seen Charlie's Angels or Cocaine Bear. They look fun, and I like Kristen Stewart (and bears).

That is the only film by her I've seen. Saw it in theaters. I liked the first Pitch Perfect, at least.
