What are some of the most disturbing graphic novels you can think of? What made them disturbing to you? Was it the imagery itself or the context / implication of it? Bonus Points if you have images (as safe for work as you can).

I haven't read anything of his personally. One day I will. Probably. (Maybe?) But I know his influence can be seen just about everywhere in horror at this point. Hope you like him!

Avatar, for sure. I remember all the hype and circumstance sold the film, like a sizzle before the steak deal. When I went back and watched it, the film was fine, but it wasn't the breakthrough I thought it was.

The new Guardians of the Galaxy film was fun (although not as fun as the previous films), but it might have been the best of the series narratively. I liked it a lot.

I don't know whether it is make-or-break for DC. James Gunn's regime doesn't really kick off until *after* The Flash, Aqua-Man 2, and Blue Beetle are released. That in mind, it is certainly an important, expensive film for them that I think they'd very much like to see do well.

I wonder how it will do at the box-office when it is all said and finished. *** spoilers What does everyone think of the "twist" at the end of the film? Does the prospect of a crossover entice you? I can't personally see what they will really do.

I haven't thought about the Prince of Persia series in a long time (neither has Ubisoft, apparently). I really liked the original Trilogy (didn't care for the reboot or Forgotten Sands though). I hope they are able to do something to harken back to that former charm. I am not sure how I feel...

Looks really good. I am happy that Sega seems to have figured out a formula that works with the franchise, managing to juggle both 2-D and 3-D videogames without one subtracting from the other.

I don't know what the consensus is about this, but, uh, ... I think this looks pretty awful. Worse than that Gollum game they released, in fact.

It looks aesthetically good, but I am not sure how I feel about the concept, personally. I would have preferred a more traditional release, akin to what they did for The Quarry and Until Dawn.
