Have any of you stopped playing a game?

What made you stop playing it? What was the reason?

There are a lot of games that I have stopped playing. I used to play PUBG and Fortnite a lot, however, I have not played these games for ages. I did not stop playing these games not because I disliked them, I just wanted to try new games and in the course, I forgot about these games.

A lot of role-playing games, simply because I find myself overwhelmed or intimidated by them and / or I become busy in life and feel like I can't go back to it without restarting it.

I do that a lot myself. I have had Ni No Kuni in my queue for over a year now (I am about 15-something hours in). Part of it is because, as much as I love the animation, I'm not that drawn in by it. I started Persona 2 and have poured about the same time only after a few days.

Since I reopened my forum, I've stopped playing almost all of my games, spending my free time on there instead. :p

I feel like the opposite is true for me, maybe it's because yours is more generalized and mine is more entertained-based / storytelling oriented, so I feel like I need to always have something to talk about, haha.
