Do You Have a Pen Name

Generally speaking, I write in my own name, however, I also have two pen names. I created these pen names to publish on the genre that I am not comfortable admitting publicly.

Do you have a pen name or do you write in your own name?

I do not currently have a pen name, might look into creating one for when I publish something I don't feel comfortable with people knowing I write.

 

[Nick]

I write as McConnaughay (my last name) and, for the most part, that is my online username as well (I decided to go with 'Nick' on Dustjacket to be more personal, everywhere else, it's still McConnaughay). Since my father left with a little kid, I have never really known a single person with my last name, thus I've taken it as my own entirely (my wife is, perhaps poetically, now the only exception),

I write as my username, MisterBobbyPin. It's a rather good way of being able to write without anxiety or pressure from people. I might use my real name one day.
