Financial focused books are the type of books that I enjoy reading. One book that I don't joke with reading no matter what because it teaches me how to manage my finances. Do you read such books?

No, but there were instances where I can imagine it would've come in handy. When I first lived out on my own, I had a filled out sheet of notes and information my mom made about her approximation on how much it'd cost me month to month. She tried her best, but the numbers were way off (fortunately, in my favor).

Now, as a twenty-seven-year old man with a steady income and a wife, with a steady income, I know if I really buckled down and wanted to, I could have a lot more money saved up for my future goals.

There are also apps available for financing, which I imagine would be exceptionally helpful if implemented.

Whatever you do, don't read more than one of Robert Kiyosaki's books. There are plenty of criticism leveled against it already, so I won't repeat it, but suffice to say, it's really a recruiting brochure for MLM, something he doesn't talk about in the book at all. Yet all the MLM recruiters have copies to "lend out".
